We were required to help the customer achieve seamless connectivity while ensuring reliability and enhancing security for robust protection. We were also tasked with optimizing operations and making the IT architecture scalable and future-ready.

The objective of this project was to integrate Cisco technologies to improve connectivity and reliability, while optimizing infrastructure for faster baggage processing and reduced downtime. We were also tasked with ensuring a seamless experience for passengers and users, while fully complying with all regulations and documentation procedures.
Gerab, in collaboration with the Beumer Group, deployed Cisco access-points and distribution switches at the airport, creating a robust wireless solution for effective management of the airport’s Baggage Handling System.
The result was an improvement in the efficiency of the baggage handling system, with 100% adherence to compliance standards, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction, as passengers experienced seamless operations and smoother transitions throughout the airport.

The objective of this project was to implement high-quality wireless solutions for the baggage terminals at the Qatar Airport.
We at Gerab deployed Cisco wireless solutions, Cisco industrial switches, and Cisco next-generation firewalls to ensure a secure and high-performing network for the baggage terminal. We meticulously architected the solutions to align with the specific requirements of the customer’s critical infrastructure facility, ensuring both scalability and reliability.
This resulted in a well-coordinated and well-managed implementation of the wireless solutions, with on-time delivery and 100% adherence to necessary compliance as put forward by the customer.

The objective of this project was to provide solutions that could efficiently address the increasing IT needs, and the growing data & storage requirements on-site.
We implemented a well-equipped data center, designed to handle the growing data & storage needs, complemented by a highly effective monitoring system and an advanced cooling solution.
The result was a well-monitored and secure data center, fully equipped to handle the growing demands of the organization, reduce initial capital costs, and improve ROI. We were also able to provide comprehensive monitoring and robust security measures, ensuring a secure and efficient infrastructure.
Project Undertaken for a Prestigious Educational Conglomerate in Abu Dhabi.
The project required us to replace access points and implement cabling solutions, ensuring enhanced network performance, reliability, and seamless connectivity across the institution’s facilities.
The solution involved timely delivery and allocation of hardware components, along with a thorough analysis of the networking plan for efficient replacement of access points and cabling. This included tasks such as cable tracing, cable pulling, and the removal of old access points, followed by the installation of new ones.
By the end of the project, we were able to successfully replace around 1500 access points and cables over 137 schools. In a span of 2 months, full wireless connectivity was smoothly restored, ensuring enhanced network performance throughout the educational facilities. The project included the handover of a comprehensive inventory list and all necessary documentation, ensuring seamless post-implementation management.
