Role & Responsibility:
Cold calling customers and lead generation.
Coordinate with the Sales Team by managing schedules, preparing documents and communicating relevant information.
Contact customers and prospects to arrange appointments or make follow up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates or fix meetings.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Sales Order Creation on timely manner.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending profit and service improvements.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
Record the leads and opportunities data as well as update customer profile in detail.
Knowledge & Experience:
Degree in IT related field
Local Market knowledge
Target driven sales
Relevant product and services knowledge
Skills:
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
